Freight Policy
- Free Freight Eligibility: Orders exceeding $2000 qualify for free freight within the contiguous United States. For freight prepaid to Alaska and Hawaii, a minimum order of $2000 plus applicable freight surcharges applies. For further information, get in touch with your customer service representative. Custom drop-ship items, including poles, are subject to freight regardless of the order total. Orders including 8’ lamps or fixtures must meet a $2000 minimum specifically for these products to qualify for free freight. Otherwise, there will be a $50 cost if not.
- Shipping Method: Free freight orders are shipped using the most efficient method determined by Beyond LED Technology. Special carrier requests, lift gates, expedited freight, or other specific delivery requirements may incur additional charges.
- Delivery Inspection Requirement: Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery for any visible signs of damage or discrepancies on the bill of lading or invoice and note them on the carrier's delivery receipt. Any further inspection for damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be done immediately following delivery. Claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted in writing within seven days. Failure to do so waives the right to make a claim against Beyond LED Technology.
Small Order Fee
- A small order fee of $25 applies for orders totaling less than $200.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations require prior approval from Beyond LED Technology. Special order items, including drop-ship items, may not be cancellable.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received at least five business days before the requested ship date.
- Cancellation fees may apply if the order has been picked, is an assembly item, special order, or drop-ship item.
Return Policy
- Returns require pre-approval from Beyond LED Technology. Please consult your representative about return policies before placing an order.
- Returns may not be accepted for items that are indicated as made-to-order, clearance, or phasing out.
- Custom orders and drop-ship items are non-returnable.
- Return-to-stock requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and include the invoice number.
- Return freight expenses are the buyer's responsibility.
- Returns are considered only if Beyond LED Technology made an error.
- Merchandise must be in clean, saleable condition in the original box, or no credit will be issued.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
