To initiate a pricing request online:

• Add items to your cart and proceed by clicking the "Checkout" button.
• Enter your shipping information and click "Continue."
• Choose your payment method and then click on the "View Pricing Request" button.
• You can then email or download your Pricing Request.

Beyond LED Technology offers discounts on bulk purchases throughout our product range. For instance, buying 1,000 units of SKU 156693 instead of 25 can lead to a savings of around 30%.

30-Day Guarantee

You can return any stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, with the following exceptions:

• Custom Items
• Items labeled as "non-returnable"

If the return is due to an error by Beyond LED Technology or the manufacturer, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If not, the customer must pay for return shipping charges.

Return Process:

• Initiate your return through our online Return Center or call 1-866-786-1117 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
• Clearly mark the Return Authorization / Order Number on the outside of your package

Can I Modify My Order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including cancellations, please contact Customer Service immediately at 1-866-786-1117 for assistance.

The tax rate applied to your order is based on the shipping address (for IL and TX, it's based on the location of our warehouse).

State regulations mandate that we collect exemption certificates from customers who qualify for a tax exemption. Without this certificate, we are legally obliged to charge tax in every U.S. state and the District of Columbia, except for DE, MT, NH, and OR.

Exemption Certificate Submission

If your business is eligible for a tax exemption, you must submit a properly completed exemption certificate to our Tax Department. Upon receipt, we will update your account within one business day.

To adjust the tax on your order based on your exemption certificate, ensure it is processed before your order is invoiced. For tax credits on an invoiced order, please contact our Tax Department.

If the submitted certificate is incomplete, a BEYOND Exemption Analyst will reach out to you with details on how to complete it.

• Note: Documents like IRS letters, W-9 forms, and state-issued permits/licenses are not valid for claiming tax exemptions. Use a valid exemption certificate with your state-issued number (e.g., Tax ID, Exemption Number).
• Ensure the name on your exemption certificate matches the name on your account.
• Certificates require a physical signature to be considered valid and must be completed in full.
• Acceptable formats for uploaded documents include .pdf, .tif, .jpg, .bmp.

Establishing Credit with Beyond LED Technology

New Customers: Please use your customer number found on the back of your catalog when prompted. During the checkout process, choose the "Invoice Me" option. Qualified business customers will be granted a net billing account, allowing you to pay within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

Existing Customers: Sign in or register online using your customer number to request a net billing account. If you qualify, you can opt for "Invoice Me" during the checkout process.

Should we need additional information, our Credit Department will contact you promptly.

Instructions for Preparing Your Application

Please take the time to understand our business before applying. We recommend visiting our website, checking our catalog, and thoroughly reading it to see how your products might complement or enhance Beyond LED Technology’s existing lineup.

IMPORTANT: The Prospective Supplier Form must be completed in one sitting, as it cannot be saved and resumed later. If the session is closed, all entered data will be lost, and you will need to restart the process.

Step 2: Send any supporting documents (like brochures, pricing lists, equipment details, pictures, portfolios, presentations, information sheets, articles, press releases, etc.) to the following address:

Step 3: If you decide to send samples, please note that they will not be returned.

Step 4: If you send any supporting materials, make sure to indicate the product category you selected on the form.

Step 5: Once your Prospective Supplier Information is submitted, it will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate Product Management group for review.
