How This Product Works
The mogul to medium base adapter sits between the fixture's existing E39 socket and the LED corn bulb, converting the base size so the bulb seats and makes contact correctly without any fixture modification.
The outer E39 threaded shell twists into the mogul socket of the existing fixture — the same way the original lamp was installed. No tools or wiring changes needed.
Once seated, the adapter presents an E26 medium base socket at the bottom. The fixture now accepts any standard E26 base LED corn bulb in place of the original mogul lamp.
The LED corn bulb threads into the E26 socket on the adapter. Power transfers through the adapter from the fixture and the corn bulb operates normally.
