All new distributors begin as Standard Distributors. As your purchases increase, you’ll automatically qualify for higher tiers with greater rewards and deeper discounts.
1. Standard Distributor
- Access to distributor portal and phone/email ordering
- Assigned dedicated sales representative
- Free shipping with no minimum on all orders
- Tiered pricing based on quantity
- Marketing support and priority customer service
- Basic warranty protection
2. Silver Distributor
- Annual Purchase Requirement: $25,000
- Rebate: 1% annual rebate on all purchases
- Enhanced warranty protection
- Free shipping with no minimum on all orders
- Tiered pricing based on quantity
- Maintain $25,000 in annual purchases to retain Silver status
- Orders must be placed through the distributor portal to qualify for rebates.
3. Gold Distributor
- Annual Purchase Requirement: $50,000
- Rebate: 1.5% annual rebate on all purchases
- Enhanced support with direct access to senior sales team
- Free shipping with no minimum on all orders
- Tiered pricing based on quantity
- Maintain $50,000 in annual purchases to retain Gold status
- Orders must be placed through the distributor portal to qualify for rebates.
4. Platinum Distributor
- Annual Purchase Requirement: $75,000
- Rebate: 2% annual rebate on all purchases
- Benefit from exclusive pricing that consistently matches the lowest tier rates, irrespective of order quantity.
- Top-priority support and maximum warranty protection
- Exclusive promotional and profitability tools
- Free shipping with no minimum on all orders
- Maintain $75,000 in annual purchases to retain Platinum status
- Orders must be placed through the distributor portal to qualify for rebates.

Tier Progression & Status Duration
Your status upgrades as soon as you reach the qualifying purchase threshold within a calendar year. For example:
- If you join in January 2025 and reach $50,000 in June 2025, you will be upgraded to Gold status immediately.
- You’ll retain your Gold status through the end of the following year (2026).
- If the purchase requirement is not met in 2026, your tier resets to Standard in 2027.
Year-End Rebates
- Platinum: 2% rebate
- Gold: 1.5% rebate
- Silver: 1% rebate
Rebates are calculated on total annual purchases and issued as credit toward future purchases. Rebates are valid through June of the following year.
