Product Description

Beyond LED Technology's LOYA 2nd Gen is a high-output LED linear high bay with a built-in 40W emergency battery backup — eliminating the need for separate emergency fixtures in warehouses, gyms, storage facilities, and industrial spaces where egress lighting compliance is required. When power fails, the backup activates automatically and sustains illumination until power is restored, keeping exits and high-traffic areas safely lit. During normal operation, adjustable wattage across 240W to 310W and selectable CCT deliver up to 46,810 lumens with 150 lm/W efficiency. The optional screw-in motion sensor, 0–10V dimming, and built-in 10KV surge protection round out a fixture engineered for demanding commercial and industrial environments.
