Checks Ambient Light

If the space is bright enough, the sensor stays inactive regardless of movement. Daylight threshold is adjustable or can be disabled.

Detects Motion and Switches On

When light falls below threshold and motion is detected within Ø6 to 12m, the sensor triggers full fixture output.

Dims Down, Then Switches Off

After motion stops, the fixture holds at 100% for the set hold time, dims to a 10%–50% standby level, then switches off after the standby period.

All settings are controlled via DIP switch on the sensor body — no external tool needed. Detection area, hold time, standby period, standby dimming level, and daylight threshold are all adjustable. Factory defaults are set to 100% detection, 5s hold time, and daylight threshold disabled.
Yes. Set the daylight threshold to Disable and the sensor runs on motion only. The fixture activates whenever movement is detected, regardless of ambient light conditions.
Hold time keeps the fixture at 100% after motion stops — from 5 seconds up to 10 minutes. Standby period is the additional time the fixture stays at a reduced output level before switching off. Together they create a gradual step-down rather than an abrupt cutoff.
It works for most indoor commercial spaces, but avoid installing near fans, ventilators, or heavy machinery — vibration can cause false triggers. It is designed for indoor use only; outdoor conditions like wind or moving foliage will interfere with the microwave detection.
